Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the HyperCloud platform ("the Service"). By creating a workspace you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials and any model API keys you connect secure. You must be authorized to use any code or data you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code, prompts, and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (process, store, and route to the model providers you choose). We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

Billing

Free usage is capped by an included credit. Paid usage is billed per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. AI output can be wrong — review before you rely on it.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means acceptance.
