What we collect
- Account data: your email and workspace name.
- Content you submit: code, prompts, documents, and factory runs — to provide the Service.
- Operational data: sessions, run history, and usage for billing and reliability.
Your password
Passwords are stored only as a salted scrypt hash. We cannot read them, and a password reset sets a new one rather than recovering the old.
Model keys (BYOK)
If you connect your own provider keys, they are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and never returned to the browser or written to logs. We store only the last four characters for display.
How we use it
To run inference, factories, and memory for you; to bill usage; and to keep the platform reliable and secure. We route your prompts only to the model providers you choose. We do not sell your data or use your content to train models.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and model providers (e.g. hosting, database, and the LLM providers you enable) strictly to deliver the Service. If you sign in with Google, Google receives the fact that you authenticated with us.
Retention & your rights
You can delete workspace data and request account deletion. We retain what's needed for legal and billing purposes, then remove it.
